Do you have a meditation practice or have done personal development work?

Thank you for your registration. I am so excited to help you. Can't wait :-)

During four months (March - June) we work in a small intimate group together. You get the advantages of getting your own 1:1 coaching but at the same time you learn from others, hear about other experiences and you can connect with others. I will take you by the hand and week by week integrate true, deep and sustainable change in your life. Change only happens when we work with our mind and our body - and when we change our behavior. And that is exactly what we will do! There is no predefined program. We will work specifically on your needs. Some sessions will take place in Zug (sometimes also by the lake :-) and some will be online.
